The Parish Strategy is designed to help parishes recruit and form skilled leaders and help them build a team-based, long-term, disciple-making youth ministry.
Our one-day Seminars for youth workers are conducted by Cultivation’s experienced, trained facilitators. The day includes interactive activities, dynamic computer based multimedia presentations, discussion and more.
